Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Who is responsible

Responsible for data processing in connection with the LeetFit app and this website:

[ NAME ERGÄNZEN ]
[ STRASSE + HAUSNUMMER ]
[ PLZ + STADT, LAND ]
E-mail: contact@leetfit.app

2. What LeetFit does

LeetFit is a workout tracker for Android. You can use it with an account so that your training data is synced between your devices. This policy explains what data is processed, where it is stored and what rights you have.

3. Data linked to your account

When you create an account, we process:

The legal basis is the performance of the service you signed up for (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR) and, for body-weight entries, your consent (Art. 9 (2) a GDPR). You can delete individual entries or your entire account at any time.

4. Where your data is stored

Synced data is stored with our backend provider Supabase, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the region eu-west-1 (Ireland, European Union). Accounts are strictly isolated: your data is only accessible with your account.

5. Sending emails

Account emails (registration confirmation, password reset) are delivered by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), a European email provider hosting its infrastructure inside the EU. For this purpose your email address is passed to Brevo. Links inside those emails are rewritten so that clicks are counted; this tracking is configured to be anonymous, so clicks are not linked to an individual recipient. No newsletters or advertising are sent — only the emails required to operate your account.

6. Data that stays on your device

7. No ads, no tracking

The LeetFit app contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs and no third-party trackers. We never sell your data. The only companies that process data on our behalf are Supabase (hosting, section 4) and Brevo (email delivery, section 5) — both bound by processing agreements and both keeping the data inside the EU.

8. This website

This website is a static site hosted on GitLab Pages (GitLab Inc.). It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Like every web server, the hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (e.g. IP addresses) to operate the service.

9. How long we keep your data

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your account and all synced data are permanently deleted from our servers — see Delete account.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and export ("data portability") your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise most of these directly in the app (edit or delete entries, export a backup, delete your account). For everything else, contact us: contact@leetfit.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

11. Changes to this policy

If LeetFit gains new features that change how data is processed, this policy will be updated and the date above revised.
